- JPJohn PowellJan 13, 20261.0Absolute worst. Had a 1200 PC shipped from this store and the handlers damaged my product for my customer. Cost me a lot of money. The claims department is awful with even worst online support. I do not recommend. Wouldn't even give me a refund. After the claims department gave me a hassle after hassle. The website won't submit my invoices. So now I'm waiting for claims to get back to me. Per usual FedEx disappointment

Pro tip: locate a passport processing facility that has photo equipment for one-stop convenience and to get it right.
