Very inept. My package arrived at your facility this am. For some reason you sent it to Richmond, Michigan. You should have delivered it to my home which is only 10 minutes from your facility. Just thought you should know.

The mailman delivers my mail, maybe three times a week. Customer service is the worst. I’ve seen anywhere in my life. They are disrespectful rude this is the worst city for the US mail. I have ever experienced in my life and I am 65 years old.

Convenient location. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I like the self service kiosk! For as busy as that location is i think they need a second kiosk.

As seems to be the common theme with this place, I too had a terrible experience when trying to submit passport paperwork for my toddler. We arrived on time. Waited for the family before us to finish their business with the passport specialist. Then, when it was our turn, the passport specialist turned us away because we did not have our form notarized. The thing is, it only needs to be notarized if one of the parents is absent from the meeting. I was there with my wife and toddler, so that was definitely not the case. She lied to our faces. This was confirmed when we read the paperwork more closely. We went to the Sterling Heights post office for our next meeting and the passport specialist confirmed that the lady from Roseville likely didn't understand the paperwork or simply didn't want to process our request, for whatever reason. I don't think the Roseville lady is incompetent, but she is definitely malicious.
Based on the reviews I've read and my own experience, I believe this lady needs to be terminated to make room for someone who actually wants to have a job and do their job. This lady just doesn't care and would probably not miss her poorly kept post.

The staff here are simply amazing! ALWAYS kind, friendly and helpful. The manager is very pleasant as well as Kay. Sometimes they are short staffed but they do their best (it's 90% of customers not being prepared and them causing delays) no fault of the staff. They do have a kiosk, but only one. Wish they would add more as I've seen other locations have several. Much easier and quicker than waiting in line. Lobby is usually stocked with priority mail supplies. And as other reviews have mentioned, there is a horrible stench in the lobby unfortunately. It is ALWAYS that way. I think this is because of homeless ppl that are there. They are definitely using the lobby as a bathroom unfortunately. Must be alert when going after hours. I've been surprised when the motion lights come on, thinking I'm alone but then notice the homeless ppl. This is very scary for a woman. There used to be an older white homeless guy there after hours and he was actually very pleasant and always standing acting like he was doing something. Trying to be low key. But he has been gone and now there is a different homeless man. I've seen him during the day, during business hours and was kinda shocked that he was just laying on the, elbow propped up, as if this were his bedroom. Seen him tonight and he's just laying on the floor, propped up on his elbow, just talking on his phone. While I was mailing packages at the kiosk, an older lady came in to drop off a letter in the slot. I could tell she felt uncomfortable when she noticed the homeless man laying on the floor, talking on his phone. I made sure to walk her to her car. She asked me if I smelled the horrible stench in which I said it always smells like that unfortunately. She also stated she didn't feel very safe as a woman and being alone. I understand that ppl need to get warm. You have some homeless that are very respectful of their surroundings and then there are the ones that act like the lobby is their bedroom and give off sketchy vibes. Also the motion light needs to stay on longer as I've been left in the dark with random homeless men. It's a very unsettling feeling. Deducting 2 stars for cleanliness and safety. Staff is top notch tho!
