    Pleasant experience on a busy Saturday! Had an appointment to get a passport. Showed up early to busy post office. One lady was handling passport appointments, the other was taking care of the other customers. They worked together to get people in and out quickly. Jasmine helped us with the passport. She was friendly and personable!

    No understanding why Roseville shipped my package to Detroit facility when I LIVE IN ROSEVILLE now my package is late, lost or STOLEN. I’m guessing Roseville stole my package and shipped it to Detroit to make them look like they stole it.

    Made an appointment for 130 for passport services. When I got there, there was a line of about 10 people and no one at the desk helping us. Finally got to the front of the line and they informed me they let the passport lady go to lunch and she wouldn’t be back for another 30 minutes. Have to try again tomorrow at a different post office. 10/10 do NOT recommend this place.

    Beware of scheduling passport appts here with this kind of staff and customer service! I Had an appt for my infants passport and mine at 10am on 10-25-2025. I arrived just a few minutes early and waited for 30-40min to then be told I had to reschedule because I was late? I was not late I was on time, but the front clerk was getting behind from another family renewing a passport and acted like we were invisible. My kids were literally running around for a good 30min and according to her I was never in the lobby! She must need new glasses or be on something. I told her I was not rescheduling bc I had been patiently waiting for my turn and she kept skipping me to assist other customers needing to send packages bc a line was forming. She said she was the only one working and never saw us? Crazy when there was 5 of us waiting in an empty lobby at first. I completely understood she was alone and it can be overwhelming when busy, BUT to lie and not take accountability that she was behind and i had been on time is bizarre! Just admit you didnt want to take care of me and you were being petty. I had been waiting for this appt for weeks bc its the 2nd time they give me an inconvenience. 1st time they canceled bc there was no staff or short staffed. I started to get frustrated raising my voice stating to check the cameras to verify we were on time and she kept denying it and declined. I told her why would I be lying. She said I was late bc the previous family's appt was after mine, but they were there alot sooner. The passport appts are scheduled for 15min and she went way over that with them filling out paperwork, taking photographs and processing payment. I told her this was ridiculous and and she told me she was not going to help me bc I was shouting. I definitely was not! I was irritated bc she was being unprofessional and acting as if I was stupid and my kids were getting frustrated waiting there so long. The supervisor/manager came out to ask what was going on and i told her she was refusing seeing me bc it was 35min past my appt but I was actually waiting for that long. The supervisor suggested she could see if I could go to another location. What good would that do on 40min wasted and wasting more gas to not even be guaranteed to be seen elsewhere. As an employee in the front medical industry i know how it is to be overwhelmed/frustrated but I have never acted unprofessional whether right or wrong. I was patient and very mindful of her being alone. To decline service for an appt bc you cant handle your job maybe should work elsewhere. There was even another female employee announcing "Thank you for being patient guys" twice within that 40min we were there. We even had other customers witness the situation and stated that was unfair and unprofessional of her to do that to us. They told us to speak with her boss, but that got us nowhere or a solution.
