Just walk into the front counter and observe the people working there. 15 people in line and no sense of urgency. This looks like people who don't care about their jobs or the people they are serving. Hopefully a district manager will do something to remedy this problem for the citizens of Roseville.

However, it is very startling when the motion controlledlights come on to find one or more people sleeping on the floor. I can imagine this would make some customers feel unsafe. The odor is horrible. I understand people need a warm place to sleep, but the post office is not it.
