It was surprisingly busy every station had a person or multiple people needing to be helped. You could hear the politeness from all the staff even under some pressure. Hilary was the one who helped me, was wonderful, extremely helpful and very kind. Eased my confusion and anxiety about the deadline. She Took her time with me and every individual she helped but did so with a purpose and didn’t make anyone feel rushed. She is a great person to have apart of that team.
