This has been one of the most frustrating post office experiences I’ve dealt with. Getting any type of issue resolved here is extremely difficult. Re-delivery forms are routinely ignored and often end up shoved to the back of the mailbox instead of being followed. I’ve filed multiple complaints and shared concerns over the last few years, and management still does not seem to understand or want to properly address the issues being reported. At one point I was even threatened by the postal manager and had to report him to the police, which speaks volumes about the level of professionalism at this location. I also previously had to report the person who’s now the driver on my route for unlawfully using my address so his girlfriend could evade her landlord—so watch out and report mail with your address but a stranger’s name on it! The situation became serious enough that I had to contact an attorney to get it to cease. Despite that, he somehow is allowed to work at this post office AND deliver mail on my route. Also be careful if you have a longer driveway. Drivers will speed down it and then attempt to blame you for “damaging” their vans if your driveway is dirt—rather than taking responsibility for driving recklessly in the first place. We shovel out our mailbox and do everything we can to make deliveries easier for them, but it’s ignored and any feedback or critique is met with hostility. Situations like this make it very difficult to have any confidence in the accountability or professionalism at this office. I truly hope the appropriate regional office looks into what’s happening here, because the service and management standards at this location need serious improvement.

Absolutely useless and completely rude staff. DO NOT get a P.O. box. They will lose your mail and packages, lie to you about it, and then blame you for losing them. Completely unprofessional. No wonder the Google page has 2 stars.

I’ve only been living up here for a year and this post office has given me so much trouble. I had to buy a mailbox in order to get packages which is understandable but after I got one I had an important textbook delivered 2 hours away from where I live. There’s times where I’ll be notified from the usps website that I will be getting mail and most of the time I never receive them. Packages that are clearly too big for a mailbox get shoved in and it takes me forever to try and get them out without breaking them. If they can’t shove them into the box they’re thrown on my porch with zero care. All of the staff is extremely rude and with the recent weather they have not been any better. There have been multiple times now where I have had to clear snow in front of my mailbox because they refuse to get out of their car and deliver things to my porch, which is only the second house on my road. Yesterday my dad had to use a axe and shovel to clear the ice and they still didn’t deliver my package. Overall this post office is very lazy and unprofessional. You would think they would change some things after reading all these reviews but they know they can get away with it because they are “important.”

It's pretty unfortunate that with all the awful reviews they wouldn't try and do better. When you outright lie and say you attempted to deliver a package but never did, I couldn't possibly leave anything but a 1 star. Do better.
