- FKFelisha KDec 16, 20251.0I had a really bad experience here today. The employee behind the counter spoke to me like I was a child because I hadn't pre-packaged my return items. The seller, which is a large retail clothing chain, had sent me a return email which clearly stated I should bring my items with the QR code to the FedEx location "no printing or packaging necessary". The FedEx employee then proceeded to question and belittle me as I struggled to figure out how best to package my items using their random collection of boxes, bubble mailers, and bags, and then argued with me when I spoke up about needing to do their job for them. For the record I have returned items from this same seller to a different FedEx location using the same process, and the FedEx employees there simply packaged my items and printed a shipping label with no concerns or issues. Not that it matters to FedEx but I won't be returning to this location.
