  Paid for 2 day shipping, on the 3rd day they tell me yaaa sorry now its 5 days but you can drive an hour and go get it. Drive an hour and they tell me yaaa sorry its back there so no you cant have your package, we'll try to deliver it in a few days... The US Postal Service does a better job than FedEx that's insane! Called their customer service then watched the girl ignore the phone as they tried to call the store.

  I had a really bad experience here today. The employee behind the counter spoke to me like I was a child because I hadn't pre-packaged my return items. The seller, which is a large retail clothing chain, had sent me a return email which clearly stated I should bring my items with the QR code to the FedEx location "no printing or packaging necessary". The FedEx employee then proceeded to question and belittle me as I struggled to figure out how best to package my items using their random collection of boxes, bubble mailers, and bags, and then argued with me when I spoke up about needing to do their job for them. For the record I have returned items from this same seller to a different FedEx location using the same process, and the FedEx employees there simply packaged my items and printed a shipping label with no concerns or issues. Not that it matters to FedEx but I won't be returning to this location.

  It’s just laughable that people can’t perform even at the easiest of jobs or they choose not to just because they’re bitter about life.. it’s been a week and I still haven’t gotten an update or even any information about my package. Whoever runs that facility how does it feel to wake up every day and look in the mirror and know that you are the best at being the worst and a complete failure. all the issues that facility having is a direct reflection of your poor incompetence… a lack of integrity.

  Horrible experience at FedEx Romulus. The driver, Milessa, refused to hand me my package or even drop it off at my apartment, despite the fact that no signature was required. Instead, she took it back to the Romulus location. When I called customer service, they confirmed that Milessa should have delivered it. I was told to drive to the facility to pick it up—30 minutes each way. When I arrived, they admitted they had my package, but Milessa had lied to the supervisor and claimed it was “fraud.” I showed my ID and a bill, and then they changed their story, saying the package was “flagged by security.” Moments later, they changed their story again, claiming the shipper put a stop shipment on it. I called the shipper on speakerphone, and they confirmed that was completely untrue. I refused to leave until they finally gave me my package. This was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Unprofessional, dishonest, and completely unacceptable.
