  I had a really bad experience here today. The employee behind the counter spoke to me like I was a child because I hadn't pre-packaged my return items. The seller, which is a large retail clothing chain, had sent me a return email which clearly stated I should bring my items with the QR code to the FedEx location "no printing or packaging necessary". The FedEx employee then proceeded to question and belittle me as I struggled to figure out how best to package my items using their random collection of boxes, bubble mailers, and bags, and then argued with me when I spoke up about needing to do their job for them. For the record I have returned items from this same seller to a different FedEx location using the same process, and the FedEx employees there simply packaged my items and printed a shipping label with no concerns or issues. Not that it matters to FedEx but I won't be returning to this location.

  The FedEx driver did not deliver my package, yet I received a notification stating it was delivered while I was home waiting for it. The tracking information shows a signature, but it does not belong to anyone in my household. After I opened a ticket, the customer service agent instructed me to contact the community management office to look for the package — despite my clear explanation that the office was closed that day, is located at a different address, and is not authorized to sign for packages that do not belong to them. Even if the driver spoke to someone there, that person should have directed the driver to deliver the package to the correct address listed on the label. It appears that the package was either misdelivered or stolen.( $2000 item) I am extremely concerned that FedEx is not taking responsibility for this error. Asking me to wait two days and then have the shipper file a claim is not an acceptable resolution when the delivery error clearly occurred on FedEx’s part. I expect a full investigation into the driver’s delivery route, confirmation of where the package was scanned as delivered, and clarification on whose signature appears on the proof of delivery. I don’t recommend using FedEx for either personal or business deliveries due to their lack of accountability and poor handling of customer issues. Update: they called me and said the package is in their office as the driver couldn’t deliver to my address.
