- AAAnne-MarieNov 11, 20255.0I was easily able to track my shipment on AIT’s website during the days leading up to delivery. On the actual delivery day, I received a polite call early in the day notifying me that my package would be delivered between 10am-2pm. At 12:30pm their truck pulled up to my house. The driver was so nice and went beyond what was expected in terms of delivery. Overall I really couldn’t be more satisfied with my delivery experience through AIT!
- RDRob DohenyJun 7, 20181.0They are terrible. Consumer service terrible. Delivery of a obviously broken item sitting for days in warehouse. Love to BS callers. Say box to big to deliver....lol....Fedx never has a problem, I would suggest get out of the business.
- JBJolena BrownDec 13, 20161.0Took a 1/2 day vacation due to delivery time frame available (1- 5:00pm). Well after 5:00, no delivery, no call. Total wasted vacation day that could have been planned and utilized much more effective. Disappointed with services, follow up, etc. Waiting on return call now, as they are reaching out to driver to inquire where they are at and if the shipment is on his truck (???). Confused, frustrated and disappointed.

AIT’s logistics professionals are experienced with shipping all types of cargo, from temperature-controlled items such as food and pharmaceuticals to oversized and heavy freight to hazardous materials, including batteries, chemicals, and nuclear waste. Can I drop off an item for return at your facility?
No. AIT facilities are not consumer parcel drop-off locations. Please contact your seller/shipper to arrange for returns.
