In spite of asking for help and being told "I'll send someone over" I was unable to get any assistance . After being ignored by an employee who was clearly doing nothing, I left without my balloons.

The addition of Party City has made navigating the store a little challenging, but I'm sure they'll work that out soon. With a wider variety of goods and appeal to the Party City customers, Staples should enhance their appeal to a broader audience.

They even walked them over to the cashier for me. Sounds pretty basic - but I have not experienced this speed, efficiency and genuine care about my shopping experience in a LONG time. Highly recommend this Staples location.
