Today one of their workers, Ethan, went above and beyond to help me due to issues I was having with an Amazon package. Despite taking significantly longer than it should have, Ethan didn't get frustrated with me, and continued to be pleasant. He helped me get everything situated, and my item is safely on its way back to Amazon!
