    I’m not visiting this place anymore…they are very tired due to this Amazon return service IMO…earlier I used to just walk in for a 11 x 17 photo print and assuming the same I walked in today and they said they can’t help and the photo print needs to be ordered online and pick up a day later…I believe Amazon will start printing services shortly and these guys will eventually become just a warehouse for them with such attitude!

    William was very helpful, greeted me as soon as he was able and answered all my questions. He also told me of additional rewards info and that they recycle used batteries and printers and toner. I happened to have some old toner and he helped me purchase an extended like toner and recycled my old printer that was taking up space in my truck.

    I will never hesitate to visit a Staples in the future. Evan provided the hands-down, best customer experience I have ever had in the retail industry! He is a top-tier asset to this company and it shows. Ask Evan for anything if you are ever in a pickle. He made my entire Sunday.
