Everyone in the building has given them their personal code to enter. Ive given them both code, and key, and they lost the key. Ive been waiting for important documents, and i have yet to receive them. Its been about 8 days of not getting anything including junk mail.

My father in law sent my daughters bday card 2 weeks before we recieved it.Then when we did get a stack of mail it had "Dog" written on it. My dogs are in my backyard NEVER anywhere near my mailbox. In the stack was my mail and also 3 others mail some streets away not even close to my address!! This is the ONLY city ive lived in that ive had so many problems with mail! I had an amazing usp worker for 1 week then never seen him again! So sad. Also when I called looking for my mail I was told when they have no worker show up they have noone deliver the mail. WTH! Ive gotten mail that i had to return by a certain date but it actually got to my house WAY past the due date IMPORTANT paper work! They really need to change something!!

I was treated very rudely by the lady behind the glass as was the others looking for their mail as well. I am glad to be moving so I never have to deal with this post office again. RUDE
