- SWSean WendtApr 28, 20171.0I had a package that got lost by Amazon, and I was told that it was shipped to the Richmond office by mistake (My package was supposed to have been received by a different office). I called the Richmond office and the "gentleman" on the phone was extremely rude to me, and kept insisting that my package wasn't there, even after I kept telling him what was told to me by Amazon. He just kept repeating himself "That's ridiculous" "You're wrong" "It's not here" "Call the other office." Needless to say, The Richmond office didn't want to help me out at all, so i had to cancel the package from Amazon and re-order it.
