- ABa bJul 8, 20251.0Nothing against Remus post office specifically, but WHY can't I contact the post office directly? WHY do I have to call an 800#, spend 10minutes listening to their recorded "options" and still not be able to talk to a real person!? I just wanted to let the post office know we have a special shipment coming that we wanted them to hold for us but I have no way of reaching them unless I drive there and tell them in person! That's ridiculous. Unrelated sidenote: I agree with the reviews that say mail delivery is really slipping.
