Front desk working was great and very nice. Have been here a few times the past few years and have never had a problem.

Giving them even 1 star is generous. The 3 women they have working there are the rudest, grumpiest b's I've ever seen. If they were to smile their faces would break.
There are 2 things you run into if you go there. One, there usually is only 1 person working and the line is out the door. Expect to be there 30 minutes or more. Second, sometimes there's nobody there...including the workers! You can ring that bell for 10 minutes before one of them comes from the back to help you.
They act like this job is hard and it's such an undertaking for them to wait on you. Please! They scan packages and sell stamps. Woop Dee Doo! The job is cake. I hope it gets privatized and they are all fired.
Now onto the mail carriers. Uggh! Does one have to pass the "I'm a psycho" to work there? More grumpy disgruntled workers! They lose the mail, they damage the mail, they leave it to be stolen. They complain about their jobs. They dress in their pj's to deliver the mail! What happened to uniforms?
My mailbox was run over by them last year. My neighbor watched the whole thing. Any compensation? Nope. They aren't RESPONSIBLE for anything. The day is coming when the mail will just be delivered by contracted workers. Bye bye P.O. Can't wait.

When I have a signed delivery my mail person just puts a card in the mail without coming to the door first.
