    Made on appointment for passports 12 days later on day of appointment 2 hours before my appointment they call me to say someone took off they can't keep the appointment and they wont even give another appointment i have to wait another 2 week the closest appointment by the way me and my wife took off work because of that appointment

    Plan on waiting 45mins in line, every time. Understaffed to death. Ploit employees, but if ur planning on going here, schedule 45 mins out of ur day...at least.

    "Ms. Eaton" (?) Provided the absolute worst customer service. I've only lived at my home for 6 months, and only NOW (as in 6 months later) received a THIRD attempt to change the numbers on my mailbox. Attempts 1 & 2 were never delivered to me. And even if they were sent to the previous owner, I changed my address with the postal office back in August. Plenty of time for those notices. Again, I have been receiving mail with no problem up to this point. They damaged the side of my mailbox and bent the flag back- which I am responsible for, but "Ms. Eaton" refused to even say my name correctly, even after corrected.
