    I will drive 3 cities away to completely avoid this one. Customer service is atrocious. They call you to the window and stare at you. if you have a question, you better figure it out because they provide no answers. I wish I could give zero stars

    The Redford Post Office feels like a time capsule from the 1960s – in the best way possible. Add in a jolly, friendly staff that was suspiciously efficient during the Christmas season and you’ve got a surprisingly pleasant government experience. Packages moved, laughs exchanged, and nobody looked dead inside. Five stars, would mail again.

    THIS IS A PERMANENT "TRAINEE ROUTE". TRAINESS ONLY delivering our mail. Learning as they lose our mail and packages. Say address undeliverable when it is not true. I get mail from others every week and put it back in the box requesting they redeliver it to the proper person/address. They said unless enough people complain to their senator nothing will be done to turn it into a permanent full route with only 1 delivery person. SO until then, we get a new person every 2 weeks. Who will continue to lose our mail, and our purchases. Unless we act to complain, nothing can be done. But what's the odds of that happening?

    Received a call from Mrs Lucas who was very rude in talking to me she raised her voice and very unprofessional also I have been missing mail every week I got a piece of mail that's missing . This office is very unprofessional
