Passport Clerk ID: 07 was AMAZING on 3/1/2026 The passport representative was extremely patient, kind, thorough, passionate and exemplified EXACTLY what profound customer service should reflect. We even witnessed her amazing customer service with others. Instead of turning customers away, she extended her support and stayed over to accommodate every customer that was physically in the building before the last walk-in time. Thank you for being such a light in this world when there is so much darkness occurring in this world. We are truly infinitely grateful.

- JFJada FloydFeb 3, 20261.0Terrible experience they never try to help you it's pathetic and it's sad The lady had me go out to my car to get things when I had my little toddlers with me in that long line and then when I came back and she told me to go to a different location sweetheart you could have told me that when I was in there the first time with little kids and then had the nerve to tell me it was my fault because I am moving to a temporary address for 30 days or less how is that my fault do your job that's all you have to do and transfer so sick of USPS they always want a raise or always want something but they never do nothing but deliver mail and barely do that on time pathetic workers
