- AJAmy JentApr 1, 20261.0They dont seem to realize what there job entails. A simple change of address has turned into a 3 trip adventure because employees dont seem to be trained. If someone is standing in front of you, with all of the necessary identification to change there addresses, that should be it. Not send them to another county,or trips to show identification, again, and staff does not give you information to the process or anything unless pressed hard. They could be restrained in my book, and why do they not ha e to have license plates on the vehicles? Not fair

If i miss paying a bill bc of him, im gonna be so freaking pissed and will go over his head. he took a paper with my info on it, wadded it up and tossed it the trash and walked away. hes an immature punk and shoulnt hold that job!
