Certified Mail was sent back twice! No one is there during working hours to pick up Certified Mail. Just close it down and save tax payers some money.

I receive notes in my mailbox informing me to come pick up my packages at the post office. Why would I want to do that when I pay to have my things delivered to my house? I get notes that say the package is too heavy or too large or that I have too many. It is their job to deliver my packages. I will not accept anything less. I encourage you to file a complaint on the USPS website and report the issues that you most likely are having also. Is it too much to have our packages delivered to our houses without so many issues?
