- KSKaren S4 days ago5.0They all do a great job!! Working with the public can be brutal and it takes A LOT of patience for those in front desk positions. They are crammed into a small, outdated workplace, elbow to elbow, and yet you can tell they work well together. They have helped me on numerous occasions over 30 yrs and never complained.They have looked further for answers to my issues without being asked to and remembered to tell me the next time I went in which was a nice surprise. No complaints! Only lots of appreciation!

In this case four people in front of me all were buying postage to ship a package then another lady walks in and says I'm just going to sit this here a prepaid package on the counter and walks out see mine was prepaid I said if it's alright seeing mine was prepaid I'll sit mine there also.. She proceeds to drill me on what's in the package if it's liquid fragile perishable or batteries. I told her I answer all those questions when I get my label. Not once did she ask anyone else those same questions. But she did know them all by name. So I guess that makes a difference and how you get treated. I ship a lot of packages and not one other post office ever asks and a lot have a drop box.. Telling me in a rude and confrontational voice she still has to ask these questions even though I answered them all on line.
- WWWendyJul 16, 20221.0Why do I NEVER get my mail when I am supposed to!?!? Days will go by with absolutely no mail and then one day my box will be loaded. As if, it was inconvenient to bring it by because it was only one piece. Also, had a check sent to my house and the usps worker sent it back stating my house was abandoned when it CLEARLY looks lived in. This is people's belongings and livelihood. Get you job done right! Quite pathetic how this is UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE and these people act as if they make the rules because it's a smaller branch in a small town. People would treat you better if you did your job better. You work for the American people, we don't work for you.

- JBJason BMar 29, 20181.0The lady clerk at this post office is extremely rude every time I come in to drop off prepaid packages in the mail. I she gets to a personal level of how I communicate with my customers and their packages and she has no idea and it's none of her concern about my customers and dealing with their packges. I'm glad I am not the only one that has reviewed this worker is very rude and makes funny faces at you like you are worthless. Management needs to check up on this issue.
