- EBEmma BurnsDec 3, 20251.0I had one of the worst experiences ever today at the Portland USPS location. The worker who helped me was extremely rude from the moment I walked up. They raised their voice, talked over me, and even used profanity while I was just trying to ask a simple question. I left feeling disrespected and honestly shocked that someone in customer service would act like that. Definitely needs better training and professionalism. I’ll be avoiding this location from now on.

There are just so few that it reflects on the entire service very poorly. Every office and every service offered across the state of Michigan is in need of a MAJOR overhaul.
