There are just so few that it reflects on the entire service very poorly. Every office and every service offered across the state of Michigan is in need of a MAJOR overhaul.

Was screamed at by Jason who asked me if I wanted him to drive to Allen Park and look for my package…after telling me Allen Park is the black circle of death and basically I need to wait and indefinite amount of time to see if they scan my package. What customer service!! Thankfully the company will ship me a new package due to USPS incompetence.
