- Jjas !1 day ago1.0I had a really disappointing experience with an older staff member with short hair and glasses. I came in needing help and was met with an extremely rude and dismissive attitude. She was not helpful at all and acted as if assisting customers was an inconvenience. If you work a customer service job, basic respect and professionalism should be expected. If someone clearly dislikes helping people, it makes you wonder why they choose to show up to work at all. This experience definitely needs to be addressed.
- KBKal Burkeen4 days ago1.0Went here around 1pm today, was helped by an older lady with blonde hair. She immediately had an attitude with me and im not sure why. I explained my situation and she walked away while i was still talking to her :( she came back with my package and i asked if she knew why it wasnt able to be delivered and was met with a very rude response with a very accusatory tone. Just horrible service for no reason… when the person i was with went to give a bad review the lady said “oh yeah cause that would be so funny since its my fault this happened” I ended up giving her a good review on the card reader anyway but if i DID leave a bad one it would NOT be because my package was undeliverable because that was definitely on me, but because she was so rude! I said multiple times I completely understood and would happily pay the fee, i didnt argue once about it, again thats on me. But what she said about the negative review is extremely unprofessional. You probably shouldnt be combative if youre gonna work with people and customers, just saying. Very immature behavior for someone of her age.

There’s been no mail carrier in the entire neighborhood in almost a week, and I was talked to beyond rudely. I was beside myself by the time I left there I don’t recommend the port here on post office on 32nd St. if you need help go to the one at the mall, rude, rude, and unprofessional
