  They never answer the phone in Flint, Pontiac or Detroit. The desk worker didn't even greet me when I walked in. She looked like I was an unwelcomed guest. The app is ineffective as well. Time to call the BBB people. The owner will probably reply to this message with a bad number. What a joke!

  No one ever answers the phone I did a job yesterday was turned away because he cancelled the job and people ready failed to tell me. I drove 2 hours away, to still not paid and no one to answer the phone to handle the situation. Pontiac is the most unprofessional branch there is.

  Pontiac branch? I accepted a work ticket yesterday 7/4/24. I showed up to the job talked to the customer they informed me they canceled the ticket. Wanting to contact the Pontiac branch no one answered no communication whatsoever. If the mistake was on me I probably be looking at suspension, however, I was supposed to receive show up time or something to consolidate my commute. I know life isn't fair but business is business. So I will state my claim and go from there document what I can and move on. If there's anyone out there that hears me I would like to get closure if not it's okay as long as I stated what I needed to be stated. Hopefully, we can see some changes.

  I signed up for a job got turned around because had enough people I wasn't told that and the Pontiac office won't pick up other companies usually compensate you for it but I got nothing
