Worst Post Office I have ever seen! They don't update for days! I have had packages their for days. Someone needs to go retrain them! By all the reviews I have seen, why hasn't someone! I have never seen so many bad reviews, obviously the USPS isn't keeping up with this Post Office.

The rudest, most disrespectful, arrogant customer service representative I have ever experienced. MD was aggressive, argumentative and continuously raised his voice at me. MD even started directing his yelling to other customers in line.
MD did try to apologize for yelling at me, but the level of unprofessionalism and blatant rudeness to a customer is absolutely unacceptable.
USPS needs to implement serious customer service training or better evaluate who they are hiring.

Terrible or non-existent passport services. I showed up for the walk in hours and they did not honor them saying they don't have someone to take care of it, fine... Then, I made an appointment for another day and showed up 10 minutes early only for them to tell me that passport appointments were cancelled for the day, but I was never notified of this! I would not recommend this place at all or at least hope that replace all the useless staff working here with some that care about their job.
