  They never answer the phone in Flint, Pontiac or Detroit. The desk worker didn't even greet me when I walked in. She looked like I was an unwelcomed guest. The app is ineffective as well. Time to call the BBB people. The owner will probably reply to this message with a bad number. What a joke!

  No one ever answers the phone I did a job yesterday was turned away because he cancelled the job and people ready failed to tell me. I drove 2 hours away, to still not paid and no one to answer the phone to handle the situation. Pontiac is the most unprofessional branch there is.

  The manager is actually nice,and i have seen her try to help people woth assignments. I know she's busy and all,but even if the person cannot work internally for the team (which the company also messed up on and got wrong in the first place,thanks Andy Wells), you still need to notify them. Due to this, this company,and even the manager, is considered unprofessional in my eyes. The lack of communication is absurd. Just not good to work internally at all. Not worth it. Due to their incompetence, i was actually hired at a different agency with a much prettier office, closer to me, better pay, and benefits! I'm so glad you guys are unorganized,because i never would have found a better company. Oh,and they also have an app for their clients. 🤣
