I had a large and heavy package and the front counter lady did everything she could to NOT take my package. Whether it was because the box was so heavy that she didn't want to figure out how to move it, or it was so close to close that she was already checked out for the day. Must be nice to have a job that I could treat someone like that...

How is it possible for a drunk or impaired employee, Deon, who was working with customers’ mail and packages, to return to work within a week after reporting him drunk/impaired making inappropriate comments to female while making us customers to endure it? Allowing him back so soon reveals the underlying issues plaguing the post office. It’s a shame on the management of this office.

If a .1 star review was possible to leave I’d do it. This post office sucks DO NOT go here. I’ve never been more angry and infuriated at a place in my whole life, honestly I feel like my package isn’t even going to be delivered to its recipient. USPS never fails to disappoint!

Is there such thing as half a star? THE WORST!! The rudeness of the staff was shocking! I watched 5 different customers interact with 3 separate post office workers and all were treated so poorly, so rudely that I initially thought there must be a hidden camera some where and people would jump out saying - just kidding!! Burnt was real. There’s absolutely no reason for people to treat others so poorly. Start with whoever is at the top - give them one week to turn their customer service around and if they don’t - fire them. It can’t get any worse
