- JDJay DeeJan 31, 20262.0I recommend FedEx Office for all your shipping needs, much more reliable than USPS. I wouldn’t recommend coming here for any printing services. The quality of the prints in the self service station is not worth the money. Also, the printing staff is rude.

But the manager and (maybe) assistant manager were horrendously rude. they just seem so upset that they have to actually deal with customers at a customer service job. i just wanted help to understand what to do
- KHK. HinesDec 2, 20253.0Aside from the frigid temps and all of Michigan sports teams losing over the weekend, the staff was just as cold at this particular FedEx Office shop. I entered, looked at the cashier, greeted him by saying, 'Hello!'. Usually a person will get you, welcoming you to the store and a brief intro of their name, how they can help and to let them know if you need any assistance just call them over and they're gladly to help. Instead I was given a stare/glare, then he ignored my 'Hello!' and proceeded to walk away from the counter just as I was approaching to ask about something. Needless to say, I was successfully able to complete my printing job on my own. All in all, a simple, " Hello! Welcome to FedEx! My name is _______, if you need any help feel free to let me know." Being blatantly ignored upon entry is WILD!
