  Aside from the frigid temps and all of Michigan sports teams losing over the weekend, the staff was just as cold at this particular FedEx Office shop. I entered, looked at the cashier, greeted him by saying, 'Hello!'. Usually a person will get you, welcoming you to the store and a brief intro of their name, how they can help and to let them know if you need any assistance just call them over and they're gladly to help. Instead I was given a stare/glare, then he ignored my 'Hello!' and proceeded to walk away from the counter just as I was approaching to ask about something. Needless to say, I was successfully able to complete my printing job on my own. All in all, a simple, " Hello! Welcome to FedEx! My name is _______, if you need any help feel free to let me know." Being blatantly ignored upon entry is WILD!

  Multiple counters and impressively fast service. Even though it’s a busy spot, I was in and out in under 2 minutes for a simple package drop-off. The setup is efficient, well-organized, and customer-friendly. One of the biggest FedEx locations I’ve been to. The store is located in one of the busiest corners in town, sharing parking with other stores like Kroger and Great Clips, so finding a spot might take a moment during peak hours. Still, the convenience of the location and the speed of service make it worth it. If you need a quick and hassle-free FedEx experience, this is definitely the place to go!

  The people working at this FedEx Office store are AMAZING. They are super friendly and professional - taking the appropriate amount of time to serve each customer while at the same time keeping the line moving quickly. I recently placed an online print order which got messed up somehow and so I went to the store in person. Tiffany S. listened to me as I explained the issue and then worked with me to get EXACTLY what what I was looking for. Not only was she professional but she also had the expertise on the equipment to ensure the unique requests that I had for my project were fulfilled. I HIGHLY recommend this store for your printing/copying/shipping needs.

  I took a DIY wedding invitation kit up to be printed since they wouldn't run through my inkjet. Alec helped us out and did a fantastic job! He was very personable and made sure we were happy with the results, even though I could tell they were very busy. I would definitely recommend their print services.

  Had a fantastic experience with the staff. I had a challenge in trying to deliver a package for a reasonable price. The staff member quickly found a solution I had not thought of and saved me a fair amount of money. That's great service.
