- JJJustinMar 14, 20255.0My friend accidentally put the zip for the house # and zip code in the mailing address. I mailed the package without even realizing it. When I checked the status and it said undeliverable I checked the address and knew why immediately. Anyways I called the post office the next day and they were hoping that someone would call. They held the package for me and my friend was able to pick it up. Great customer service, thanks!!

- YMYami MorganNov 27, 20131.0Very poor service, I called on the day before thanksgiving to see why a package i sent was marked as delivered. yet the person i sent it to said it did not come. the lady who answered the phone said you will have to call back during normal business hours as we close right at 4 then set the phone down and i could hear her moving around. then when it finally disconnected with my cell phone and i called back it went straight to a busy signal. the package was not delivered yet they said it was!! she was very rude on the phone. yeah you close at 4 and it was 5 after, so why did you answer the phone if you did not want to take care of a problem?
