- DWD walcDec 15, 20255.0Whenever I've gone to the Pinckney post office to get stamps, pick up or send package the all the workers I've come in contact have been very helpful, exceptionally courteous, friendly. Not one bad interaction in over 20 years! The workers have changed over the years but the service remains exceptional. Thank you Pinckney post office for all your work!

I have lived here for almost 20 years and it seems to get worse every year. They won't deliver my packages because I live on a hill with a steep driveway and the delivery drivers don't know how to turn around I guess. My mail seems to go missing and envelopes are opened with the contents taken from them. I've filed complaint after complaint with absolutely nothing changing. Zero stars is earned from this usps location.

The service is great and reliable and the employees are always so cheerful and understanding that you can't help but leave with a smile on your face. The only con is that at night when the offices are closed they do not have a self-serving kiosk where you can weigh, pay and get your package all done and in the mail slot for that night. We have to drive all the way to Brighton or Ann Arbor when we need something in the mail that day. It's such a shame, we go there more often if that feature were available.
