Every time I have been in, the younger gentleman with dark hair and beard, is never friendly when dealing/speaking with him or he’s hiding in the corner in the back while his one to two co workers handle all the business. (Usually a line of people that wraps around the store) Even when he has time, he will push you to use the computer scanner and do things yourself. Lacks friendliness, compassion, not very knowledgeable in his field and overall zero customer service skills. He hates his job and life and it really shows. Would give zero stars if I could.

I was visiting from out of state, bought a beautiful leather wreath for my Xmas, and packed 2 travel bags in the package, I thought it would ship to my home from Petoskey safely and only to find out they lost my wreath, or someone stole it. I did not see the woman who wrapped it, put it in the box before I left. When I got to my home, the box arrived without any outside tampering, with a stupid flower painting in the box along with my 2 travel bags! So someone has my wreath and I have gotten nowhere trying to resolve this, which is not even MY responsibility. Nobody has been even keeping up with this, I have called, emailed, several times only to not even an apology, nothing. I will never use this store again
