  I wanted to ship a box at Christmas and wrote fragile on it. They told me they couldn’t ship it. Why???

  Roxanne was an AMAZING helping us at the Petoskey Michigan location. We were really worried about not doing it correctly and that it would take forever to get done. She worked with us and assured us it was easy to do. Without her help we would never have made our commitments on time. Thank you Roxanne! You are absolutely THE BEST!!!!

  Two super helpful guys working at 6:25 when my unprepared self rolled in with a huge return and all I had to help him figure it out was an email. Took care of it, out the door within ten minutes and both employees very nice and efficient. Thank you 🙌🙌

  I come here for the convenience and prices being much cheaper for shipping. Every time I have been in, the younger gentleman with dark hair and beard, is never friendly when dealing/speaking with him or he’s hiding in the corner in the back while his one to two co workers handle all the business. (Usually a line of people that wraps around the store) Even when he has time, he will push you to use the computer scanner and do things yourself. Lacks friendliness, compassion, not very knowledgeable in his field and overall zero customer service skills. He hates his job and life and it really shows. Would give zero stars if I could.
