I have never had an issue with delivery, until this week. I was expecting an Amazon package to be delivered on Tuesday 6/25, but I got a message that they could not deliver the item and that I had to go pick it up. I don't have time to make the trip over to town during business hours. The fact that they could not deliver the package is ridiculous, since we have had multiple packages delivered every day this week with no problems, and we have had no disruption with mail delivery, if you can deliver the mail, you can deliver the package. If you had trouble delivering it on Tuesday, then you had all week to make the delivery. Why would you hold it at your facility? So freaking stupid!!! I am now leaving for NY and will not be here for the package (if they finally decide to deliver it).

I've seen USPS associates in busy cities like Denver that are more organized and professional than this small town location. Lose the attitude, please. I left feeling more stressed than when I went in. I'll be going through UPS from now on.

We do mail postcards out and the wait is always very short, unlike at home! I wish the other post offices were as helpful and kind as the one in Pentwater.
