Two for two now on interacting with the rude uncaring personnel. When the town has an event they knowingly let people park in the only 3 parking spaces for customers. When brought to their attention they respond with indignation. Such a shame. Really reflecting poorly on many many other excellent branches. Even as I write this I know they do not care. So, more time wasted on something that is impossible of change.

I've seen USPS associates in busy cities like Denver that are more organized and professional than this small town location. Lose the attitude, please. I left feeling more stressed than when I went in. I'll be going through UPS from now on.

We do mail postcards out and the wait is always very short, unlike at home! I wish the other post offices were as helpful and kind as the one in Pentwater.
