  What an awful company! Had something shipped overnight to be delivered on Thursday.... Didn't come. Was in the truck out for delivery on Friday.... Somewhat promising..... New delivery estimate Monday by 8. 🙄 Don't waste your money on priority overnight shipping. I didn't think it matters. 5 days on an overnight delivery and customer support basically tells you to kiss off.

  Package supposedly delivered to my home at 5:01 pop m. Left on road at mailbox ( 125 yards) from my doorstep) on a dark, stormy road. No way to speak to a human to attempt to rectify situation. Only AI, no positive response. The way packages are stolen at least leave package at the house, not on the road 125 yards away !!

  The lady that was working was crass and had a really bad attitude. I will find another fed x shipping center to do business in. Wow.
