The woman at the post office said it looked like it had been run over but she refused to do ANYTHING to remedy the situation!! Not even an apology!!! I'm not sure why I'm suprised though!! We often receive damaged package and rude, loud mail carriers!

I noticed it said it would be delivered today, but then you decided to change it. Garbage, absolutely terrible service. This was estimated to be delivered on the 29th of LAST MONTH!
