First off USPS is a dumpster fire. Had an order coming from Midland that went to Detroit then to be shipped to Otter Lake to then be shipped to the Otisville office back to Otter Lake to never be delivered. Both my wife and myself were expecting a package on the same day watched the normal mail drive right by as my wife worked from home and her package also stated out for delivery. Just to see a new van at 6:00 PM stopping at all our houses. Her update stated delivery attempt at 6:12 PM..... we watched the driver make no attempt just shoved junk mail in the mail box and onto the next house.

The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I would rather go here than any other one in the area.

Don't remember the lady's name starts with a d, very rude basically assumes the package isn't there . Then she check AND WOW it was there and they shipt ot to somewhere else, we were also trying to explain some details and she was interrupting us and then when we would start speaking she would be like. EXCuse mE, like we were the rude one. Seek better employment who actually wants to work and isn't there to just sit there and not help people to collect a check
