She indicated that the carrier will look and if found, deliver. Regardless, she indicated she would call me back with updates. On Wednesday the package was listed on the website that it would be delivered on Thursday. It was not and I still have not heard back from the manager. Because it was indicated as delivered, Amazon will not reimburse me. Terrible service.
