Was told I needed to buy a box or go get a different one I went to get my own and when I returned they gave me a hard time for putting my original unopened package into another box instead of transferring the contents. When I tried to explain to the man at the counter he got agitated with me and was telling me conflicting information than the girl next to him.

Just left there today at 12:25 PM didn’t catch the girl name extremely rude. I had to return a package and she said you have to print the label. I don’t scam that. I said well other post offices have done it. Can you print it for me and she looked at me and said no and I said but other post office has for me. She’s like well not here. Then said next for the people behind me and I still needed to buy stamps. I purposely write checks still for bills just to keep them employed, but if this is the treatment you get, I’d rather just do everything on the Internet moving forward

Tracking says held st post ofc per customer request. Never made such a request. Santa letter for grandson is a week late and now they hold it. Supposed to pick up between 8:30 and 5. Can't. I work! Terrible service.

There is a reason the post office is going out of business...The staff is less than personable ( If you want friendly shipping service go to Goodrich) Multiple times I have been told if a name is not on my PO box mail will not be delivered... Yet my business mail will get put into my parents mail and put into their box.... The Ortonville post office has the worst customer service.
