But I didn't. Called Amazon Monday afternoon and requested a refund. Neighbor had it for several days and finally brought it to our house. Our address is clearly marked. Very frustrating.

Packages are frequently delayed, mail comes obscenely late in the day, despite the drivers departing early in the morning. I have had to call or go in person at times just to pick up a package that was supposed to be delivered that day, but had never even left the facility, despite the claim that it was "out for delivery." This is very common, and, on the ocassions that I did not intervene in person, the package with suddenly say that it will deliver tomorrow after the delivery time has been changed several times. I don't expect perfection, I just expect some effort, and I don't see any with this business.
