- SISoksamphoas ImDec 30, 20251.0I’m not surprised why the review score of customer service for Okemos USPS post office is 2 stars 😂. The staffs at this location must’ve hated their jobs so much. Here’s from me, as a regular customer at this location. Warning alert, if you go there and see an Asian-looking woman - watch out! She is extremely RUDE! I was at the counter and was taking a photo of my boxes 📦 outside of the wall glasses while waiting for labels to be printed and this rude post office lady was so paranoid that I was taking a photo of her and said to me “You’re not allowed to take any photos here [with a yelling tone]. Clearly there was no sign anywhere at the area that says “no camera or photo”. Also, why on earth would I waste my phone memory space taking a photo of her?! She didn’t need to be this snotty paranoia. If she hated her job that much maybe she should go find another job that don’t make her interact with people and leave that job for someone else who need it most. If I ever go to this location again, I’d rather do self-service.

The clerk up at the front was openly talking bad about her manager not hiring help in front of a line of people waiting. “I won’t be apologizing for these people waiting because it isn’t my fault, it’s my managers fault so I won’t apologize.” How disturbing and disrespectful.
