- AGAbraham GarciaMay 19, 20251.0Not happy. I requested 50 invites to be done today (yes, same day request). They said someone would call me to let me know when I could go in to pick them up. I called 20 mins before closing to ask when I could pick it up and they told me they weren’t scheduled to be done until Thursday. I do not normally give negative reviews however, they made it seem like I wasn’t clear in my communication (which I was) and they were not very apologetic. The least they could have done was to tell me that it would be the first job done in the morning but they couldn’t even do that. I’ve been here before and they normally do well. But this time they dropped the ball and don’t seem to care to take responsibility. Now I have to go to staples…smh.

Dealing with a group of people who think they are eleit graphic designers, I decided to go to ASAP printing. I gave them my ideas and they ran with it. It was very tastfull, elegant, and prefect. I received many compliments and would pass the on to ASAP printing They are reasonably priced and very professional. I highly recommend them.
