Our company has been doing certificate of mailing for over 5 years and have had no issues. I take the certificate of mailing form into a post office over 2-3 times per month. I have this form filled out the same way and it has been stamped and signed at the Novi, MI, West Bloomfield, Westerville, OH, Delaware, OH, Etna, OH and Pataskala, OH branches. Today when I gave the same form to my manager to take to the Oak Park post office the supervisor refused to sign it. When I provided proof I was doing it correctly to my manager to show her she refused to look at the proof (Mrs. Bynog). "She said she knows how to do her job and everyone else is doing to wrong." All she had to do was call another location which could have instructed her in the right way of doing it. She also would not provide us with her bosses name. Really completely unacceptable and this form had to be completed today.
