They will try to convince you otherwise, but they are wrong. You'd think that Canadians would know what to put on Canadian passport photos but the Americans must insist otherwise. STAND YOUR GROUND. Anyways I got screwed over. Also the staff was very disorganized and bad, other than arguing with me about how they are right they also printed the wrong photos. SO CHECK EVERYTHING THAT THEY DO BECAUSE THEY ARE UTTERLY INCOMPETENT.

I never received an email, I called and they couldn’t even find my order. I paid for it and I had an order number. I needed my cards by a certain date and was assured they’d be ready. Very disappointed.
- CBCatherine BrooksApr 1, 20261.0I had to return a black bag I was sending back to Amazon and mistakenly went to the “Ship it All” area , while waiting i am on the only person in line while the employee kept cutting something for five minutes even after i said can I get some help (keep in mind i am in military uniform as well) And then once she got to me greeted me rudely and said “well that’s over there,” I get it people have a bad day but like damn have some respect.
