  Terrible customer service theres plenty of ups in the area what makes you think you will succeed with that terribe attitude you have and im talking about the owner its crazy you wouldn’t think owners now a days ahould be an example for employees this place her employees are the reason she still in business because they have better customer service

  I spoke with the woman who said she was the owner, and the encounter was unprofessional from start to finish. She didn’t greet me, offered zero courtesy, and acted like helping a customer was an inconvenience. An owner should lead by example—not drive people away with rudeness.

  This UPS Store has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The staff are already unhelpful and rude, but what really shocked me was the woman who claimed to be the owner on Wednesday morning, 10/2, at 8:30am. No smile, no “good morning,” no basic courtesy—just a terrible attitude. If she really is the owner, that’s even worse. And if she’s not, then hopefully the actual owners will talk to her about learning some customer service skills and stop being rude to everyone who walks in. If you hate your business this much, maybe you shouldn’t be running it.

  Went to return an Amazon package and they wanted to charge me three dollars for printing the label when I tried to explain all they had to do was scan the QR code. She said no this one needs to be printed and I’m like no I’m just gonna go to Kohl’s never return again
