John was exceptional and very kind. We had a nice, short conversation and it made my day. John, you're doing great! Keep up the phenomenal work! My only compliant is the people in line in front of me who were grumpy and rude. Customer service is hard enough as is and people like that just make work harder and ruin other people's moods. Customers need to do better, especially the idiots that don't know how to handle a return. But anyways... I will 100% come back here for a return. Thank you!!

They claim that the receipt isn’t a receipt, it’s a coupon. And half the time this Staples store won’t provide! And if you have a problem if the return Amazon customer service they ask for the receipt! My stupid self went back anyways. A young lady was there and I literally saw her scan the wrong item. Which I did tell her please make sure you’re scanning the correct item. Now Amazon is reaching back out to me stating that they never received the item. I lost $60+ because of the staff incompetence.
