I was under a time-crunch and panicking because my poster file was too large in memory to upload to the site. So as my deadline loomed, I called the store asking if they had any suggestions. They were able to help me get my order done on time, and went above and beyond. Tori even stayed a few minutes longer to get me the poster before the store closed when I got stuck at work and didn't make it to the store until five minutes or so after 7pm. I had already switched to Staples from Office Depot because Staples has a more extensive recycling program including markers, and my kindergarten classroom goes through a lot of markers! But they have cemented my custom "for good," because I KNOW the change was "for the better." :D
