John was exceptional and very kind. We had a nice, short conversation and it made my day. John, you're doing great! Keep up the phenomenal work! My only compliant is the people in line in front of me who were grumpy and rude. Customer service is hard enough as is and people like that just make work harder and ruin other people's moods. Customers need to do better, especially the idiots that don't know how to handle a return. But anyways... I will 100% come back here for a return. Thank you!!
