  Good company just don’t book jobs around Novi. This specific location has 4 or 5 people that the manager gives their spots to. Even if you are the 2nd person to book a 4 person job they will cancel your shift around 9-10am the next morning and switch you. I was suspicious of this the first 3 times so the 4th time is when I called and confirmed right after I booked job to see if I was the 2nd 3rd or whatever that accepted job and I was 2nd. So like the last 3 times with this location it got canceled very next morning at 930am I called back and she said they have their 4 people already? But I was the 2nd person to accept job.

  Worst ever and most unfair employment experience of my life has to be through this novi office. Complete disregard for your work and travel efforts. I acceptd a job ticket last night through them in novi and I even showed up an hour early and was still on the ticket up until about 20 min prior till start time then it magically disappeared from the app and they literally told me "oh well" there is nothing they can do because they don't see me on the ticket no more. I spoke with the manager there and she told me has no I.T experience so she can't help either. It's looking bleak for them definitely time to change their name again.

  Worst people ready branch in Michigan. Do not use this branch pick literally anywhere else. They don’t answer the phone. Return calls or help with issues. Every other people ready I’ve been too in any state or location has been helpful. They need to shut this branch down and open on in Southfield
