It was closing time on the 23rd of December. She’s truly a good employee and very appreciative of her support while I was already anxious about the whole situation.

I purchased a box and bubble wrap and was told by an employee by the name of LOU that they couldn’t tape the box for me. I was told that I would to purchase my own tape. If I’m purchasing a box, and bubble pay, and paying to ship, why can’t you put tape on my box??? She came across as racist and spoke down to me as if she was disgusted.
