- LMLavika MorMar 31, 20261.0Our passport appointment was cancelled three different times on the same day, and then when it finally wasn’t cancelled, we showed up only to be told they’re short‑staffed and stuck in a hiring freeze. It’s incredibly frustrating to jump through all the hoops, rearrange your schedule over and over, and still get nowhere.

The staff is consistently rude, and their lack of organization is unbelievable. I have attempted to schedule a passport appointment multiple times and have been rescheduled twice because they don’t have enough employees. That is not the customer’s responsibility. Management seriously needs to address the staffing and professionalism issues here.
- WWWinter WiorkowskiFeb 14, 20261.0This post office seems completely incapable and committed to not delivering mail - I’m going to have them hold my mail (if they are capable of doing that correctly) and get it myself … I already only get mail 3 days a week because I live on a cul de sac and they are ‘unable to deliver’ if my trash bins are out - I’ve talked to the post master twice and today got at nastygram about how there is too much snow in front of my mailbox - it hasn’t snowed in at least a week so who knows what oriface they pulled that out of … if you move to Northville just get a PO Box immediately …

Looked like an employee was rolling in around 940am but the door still wasn’t open. No regard for anyones time and I waited outside in -4F weather.
