Not sure if it is the branch or the US postal service in general, but no one there seems competent -- not the desk clerks, not the delivery people. No one. And there is not even a manager in charge who you can talk to. No one. They force you to call an 800 number and file a generic complaint. Ridiculous.

Terrible experience here today. I came in with an open package to mail & before I could even set the package down on the counter the woman working behind the desk (Heather) yells at me “THAT NEEDS TO BE SEALED” & I said very kindly yes i’m buying tape here, I continued to finish getting my package ready while she was helping another guest, a couple more customers came in & as I got up to the front she looked at label & said “this is a priority mail label sticker you could have just used our tape” (as if I knew that by her yelling at me once I got there), anyway I told her I didn’t know & was fine with shipping ground. So she ripped off the mailing sticker & threw it in the garbage & told me to go buy a two pack of the regular label stickers, as i’m getting that, she calls for help to the back for the other woman working there (Juanita) to come up to the front & help her, Juanita & her start yelling at each other about who’s supposed to be doing what & arguing over taking care of the customers, unprofessional in my opinion. Then I come back to ask Heather for my mailing sticker so I could re write the address which she acts like she doesn’t know where it went, i’m being patient during this whole process as it is very chaotic in there & finally I get to the checkout portion of my service & on the screen there’s an option to select how you were treated today on the pay pad & before I could make my selection Heather reaches down & selects the “smile/happy” option for me, so I looked up at her & said “isn’t the customer supposed to do that? to which she replies “oh I think i’ve done pretty good job multi tasking today” as if it were her choice to choose how I FELT ABOUT HER SERVICE. Again, very unprofessional & this is definitely NOT the option I would have personally selected after my experience there. Poor customer service, unprofessional, & I can understand why they need to hire more people.

I feel very disrespected 78% of the time I go here, I’m 13 and yet they look at me like I should know everything about shipping packages. I’ve had about 3 good experiences from the employees. These people act like they absolutely hate their jobs. They are always acting so over the customer like they think we are causing them trouble, we’re causing you to do your job. As an online seller, I have to go here so much and it’s honestly not a good experience.

I always feel welcomed and taken care of the staff but today Krystal went above and beyond to help me with my address change I wasn’t able to complete online. She was professional and knowledgeable and made the transaction seamless. I will miss this office and the great service! Thank you Krystal!
