This USPS location in Northville provides some of the worst customer service I have experienced. The staff is consistently rude, and their lack of organization is unbelievable. I have attempted to schedule a passport appointment multiple times and have been rescheduled twice because they don’t have enough employees. That is not the customer’s responsibility. Management seriously needs to address the staffing and professionalism issues here.

This post office seems completely incapable and committed to not delivering mail - I’m going to have them hold my mail (if they are capable of doing that correctly) and get it myself … I already only get mail 3 days a week because I live on a cul de sac and they are ‘unable to deliver’ if my trash bins are out - I’ve talked to the post master twice and today got at nastygram about how there is too much snow in front of my mailbox - it hasn’t snowed in at least a week so who knows what oriface they pulled that out of … if you move to Northville just get a PO Box immediately …

Date: 1/24/26, time 9:30am I went to drop off a package at 936am and the door was closed, NO employees and no sign on the door explaining a change in hours. Looked like an employee was rolling in around 940am but the door still wasn’t open. No regard for anyones time and I waited outside in -4F weather.

I'm a 76 retired nurse with arthritis in the knees. I came to your post office about 0900 12/17 to weigh 2 money cards, to make sure i had enough postage on them There was a young black girl at the counter, as soon as I opened the door, she told me no dogs aloud and that there was a sign saying so. I have a emotional support Chihuahua and I was instructed that I'd have to leave and she that would not help anyone until I was outside. A nice woman asked if she could help, so she took my cards, as I waited outside, noticed no such sign. It seemed like it took a long time A patron came out and said they are very rude here. I want to thank the nice lady that helped me and I'm not going back to that post office, felt it could have been handled differently.

I am extremely disappointed with the service my sister received. My sister brought my dress in on my behalf, as I was unable to leave the house with my two children. Instead of offering assistance, especially given that it was her first time returning something… the staff were noticeably rude and unhelpful. Their disrespectful behavior made us uncomfortable and concerned about the quality of service we would receive. Ultimately, my sister felt it was best to take the dress elsewhere, as we no longer had confidence that our return would be handled properly. This experience was very unfortunate and far below reasonable customer service expectations.
