Just needed to put a new sticker on it and mail it to the correct location. They didn't cover the old sticker up so that is how it ended up coming back to me. The original return scan would not scan a 2nd time. Understand that, but they messed up and then refused to ship it to the correct place? So now I have to sit on the phone with customer service for an hour, total bs, just fix your mistake. This is what they do, they ship things. She wouldn't even try to help me.

He kept asking questions and one point he got confused on a wording instead of just witnessing a signature on a document copy on which I wanted a notary. I asked whether he is OK today, he notarized it as if he is doing a free favor on me. It’s his business and he should know unfriendly behavior with customers will definitely hurts his business.
