  The employees are SO helpful and quick and professional!!! I am returning more things just because this UPS store in Meijer has been so great to do business with! 🤣

  0 stars if that were an option. The Google listing shows this location closes at 6:00 pm. I arrived a few minutes before 6, fully aware I’d be in and out quickly. The door was open and the lights were on. An associate came out from the back and simply said, “We’re closed,” and walked away. I called out and asked if he could help print a label real quick. My item was already boxed and ready to go. He came back out, said “no,” and walked away again. If you are closed, indicate that you are closed. Lock the door. Turn off the lights. Leaving the store open while treating customers with this level of indifference and rudeness is unacceptable. If this is the standard of customer care, it’s embarrassing.

  I would give '0' rating. Always had bad experience. All the UPS stores need exceptional customer service to survive. This particular store does not. 1. The old lady would charge a dollar for putting tape to a package. No other UPS location does that. 2. She would not accept packages if the box is slightly broken. I mean it was a return shipment. I will never be returning to this store again. The lady is always Rude and gives Negative Vibes.

  The woman who worked there was so unhelpful. She wouldn't even print out my copies in landscape mode. I told her that it was wrong and that they are landscape. She refused to do anything to adjust the layout. She said they can't do that. Well they do it without a problem in wixom though I had to wait days after the holiday. She also saw me take the card to email my prints and when I got to the counter she interrupted me while I was saying why I came in and just said that's the wrong email. So she new, saw it, didn’t say anything and then flung a paper at me. When she saw the look on my face at her actions she started talking about how "some people have are" to the next person. She was very unprofessional and rude and unable to perform efficiently.
