- KKKathy KopchiaDec 21, 20221.0I just had a terrible and dangerous incident happen with this office with Becky and the girl who delivers the mail. I was expecting mail yesterday medication that I needed that came days late for the first thing. The girl said she left a note in the mailbox to pic up the 2 packages at the post office due to I had to sign for them. There was no pink slip in the mailbox. DHL said one of them was already delivered. Which was not true because I have to sign for them. I called Becky about it she would let me know. More information came on my phone about one of the packages so I called Becky again by this time she was very RUDE to me on the phone, which I shouldn't be surprised because I found out that the Traverse City post office they had problems with her attitude there. So apparently they just put the medication in the mailbox at first without me signing on it which is wrong, I'll take that up with the supervisor. Somehow my medication popped up and was delivered to me at 7:00pm that night. My medication is too important to be shuffled around without knowing where it was. Then today I called Becky to talk to her and tell her I received my medication only to have her get irritated with me where I couldn't say what I wanted to say without her talking over me then her hanging up on me. Not business savvy at all. Very unprofessional.
